BFG Sucks!

Well, here I sit with my second bad BFG card. Their claim to fame is 24/7 technical support. But their call center is populated by 19 year old kids that can do absolutely nothing for me. My options are as follows:
Exchange the card yet again with another card from Comp-U-Plus that most likely came off the assembly line within seconds of the other two bad ones I recieved. Pay to have it shipped, and pay to ship this one back to them.
Send the card back to BFG and get a remanufactured (read used) card in it's place. Now, I know that these cards have a lifetime warrantee, but wtf? The remanufactured cards are most likely cards that someone has abused or tried to flash or overclock. I paid like 260 for this card. I really dont want a used one.
Send the card back and get my money back minus all the shipping charges I've incurred in this fiasco. The problem with this is, FX5900's are a rare commodity these days. The ones out there are either the watered down versions or people are charging upwards of $300.
What would you guys do?
