The guy's a nut, and the site looks like an attempt to embrace the label in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way and justify himself in the process.

The advertising community is ready to support the new found cash cow's resulting offspring with open arms and twisted church ideals. I was looking for the old 60's periodical that said \"God is Dead\". I couldn't remember if it was in Time magazine or in Life Magazine. (you know, those thin paper book thingies before Mr. gore created the internet?? )
Anyrate, that was a link a couple pages deep I happened across after modifying my search parameters a bit.

I really had to look at the site for a while to get it. The best that I can tell, it's a site that is trying it's best to \"show these people for who they are\" with a bit of derision. .. as if that were necessary. My brain has a hard time accepting that a group of people .. even goof balls like this .. would try to further their cause with a format like that. .. But I've been wrong before. Very strange. I was a surprised by the attack on Billy Gram. o.0 I think these folks missed the boat and ate too much Top Raman.

The film maker is definitely trying to portray Phelps in a positive light. Pretty scary guy when his own team makes a film to support him and you have to think twice to understand it's supposed to be a positive spin!!!

I'm sadly impressed with Phelps ability to articulate his position so well and unhappy to learn he's not just some knuckle dragging wacko who found the power of the pulpit to his liking. He's actually good at what he does.
I'm also pissed off to know he's raised over a dozen children who think just like he does and are actively spreading the twisted gospel. The film \"Matt in Hell\" I believe is either Phelps daughter or grand daughter expressing her absolute glee in her belief that Mathew Shepperd, the gay guy who was murdered in Wyoming, will be rotting in hell for eternity!

If I was on a jury and the defendant had shot Phelps in the gut with a 12 gauge and poured gasoline in the wound I'd try real hard to convince my fellow jurors that his only crime was not tossing a match on the worthless doggamnfuthermuckingbonofasitch!

To me it seems like it's all a case of going to an opposite extreme, though it very well may be that there's more involved in their little group than just that. Mark my words, something ugly is going to come of them if they don't straighten up (I mean more ugly than just fanatic hate videos). I would say Ignorance, but they have read the Bible. so they Have NO excuse. as a "quote" Leader in his "quote" Church scriptures clearly tell him that he will be judged harsher for his actions than others. I for one would not care to be Mr Phelps or his inbred children come judgement day, Trying to explain to the Man himself how they told the world that he "Hates Fags"
