Which Fire Emblem character do you perfer that are in Smash Bros Melee and Brawl?
Ike(that replaces Roy as playable Character in Brawl)
or
Roy (that appeared in Melee)

(the reason that I didn't include Marth because He didn't get replaced in Brawl)

(And yes I've played Fire Emblem before since I first played it(Fire Emblem 7) on GBA)

Anywho, I voted for Roy on Melee since Ike's up+B(via GC controller) in brawl I really complicated

I was talking about one of the Fire Emblem characters that are Included in Super Smash Bros. Melee and/or Brawl. You know, the ones that you play as in SSBM and SSBB.

If marth had been in the poll, there would have been no choice. I gave roy my vote since even though he sucked in Melee, he was still a fun character to play when sandbagging scrubs.

By the way Sapphire, I hosted almost 10 Smash tournaments at UMBC. The latest was Pound 3 which drew about 300 people despite costing $65 per person.

I wonder why Descent players that are more financially able can't afford to get to a FREE lan??!!

because it costs a lot to fly/drive there and to stay in a hotel. :)

I prefer Ike. I'm generally better with him.

Plus, he fights for his friends.

I even housed everyone that came. We could have handled 4 more.

Anyway, I gave D3 lan players a chance. I suppose most players don't understand, but getting to play against Behe/Suncho was pretty sweet... although that time is over.

I am seeing a trend in D3 players, however. The trend is Descent players no longer care... about like, anything. Therefore, since that lan has ended I no longer care. Don't expect me to care to make it to a tournament or a 2v2 or a lan or anything.

This is all useless chatter. I'm going to go play a game that people care about enough to actually play.

Don't be bitter, be realistic. The most recent iteration of this game is almost a decade old.. How many other games that old still get played on the regular? And those who do still play love this game with a passion and know there will never be another computer game as good..

Look on the bright side.

Starcraft, Everquest...

...but yeah, they were hugely more popular to start with and usually have special exceptions (former is an e-sport in Korea, the latter is an MMO and the most popular of its generation).

No doubt there are some, but that number is few.

Maybe you haven't been watching the price of gas lately.. or haven't priced out the cost to fly.

but it's become prohibitive.
