Itunes question

I have downloaded a podcast from one of the podcasts I subscribe to. I do that by clicking on \"Get\".

Now I would like to download that same podcast again but don't have the option of the \"Get\" icon.

I'm not surprised. I freakin' hate iTunes with a passion. I just want a piece of software that lets me pick which music files to put on the player in what order, instead of making that decision for me. That is, instead of copying over the first A-? folders that'll fit from my \"music library\" (aka the whole freakin' hard disk). And oh yeah, when I plug the player in, please don't open iTunes, resynch, then reset my place on the player so I have to hit the \"next track\" button 200 times to resume my previous spot--I JUST WANT TO CHARGE THE FREAKIN' BATTERY!!!

I've heard my iPod will also work with Windows Media Player. I think I'll give that a shot next.

Of course, those completely savvy and satisfied with their iTunes/iPod usage may feel free to laugh at my ignorance.
