JTool?

On the descent2.de forums, Sirius did mention about a Polymodel joint alignment tool called JTool. Where can I get this? if not and if (one of you) you have it, can you send it to me via E-mail (sapphirewolf3057[at]gmail[dot]com)?
(I know it was posted here or the other DBB a while back, and I'm also not quite sure if it was long gone)
