Can any one recommend a super-reliable, affordable, US-based web hosting service (Linux, not Windows)? I'm putting together a new site for a company I'm involved with and we need to base this site in the US. Specifically it needs to support:

- Apache with support for mod_rewrite
- MySQL
- GD version 2
- PHP versions 5 with MySQL and GD extensions.
