Yea well….God just told me he indorses McCain…
Ron has always been diametrically opposed to his father…so not really news.
Time it took to figure out that Ron was going to support Obama….whizzzzwhirlllclickclick…14 nano seconds…
Sorry I had to add that last line, all the sarcastic remarks were lining up in my head, I had to let at least one or two out.

I'll tell you why that wont happen Woodchip.
On Friday I get my pay check, see how much I lost to the government. Drive home on a crappy broken road, listening to the radio talking about the billions of dollars we are borrowing from China. Drive to work on Monday hearing about how we keep going deeper and deeper into debt; that will be passed onto our children..... I'm pretty good at Math, and that math sucks ass...
....It's not a hard sell to anyone paying attention that this country spends too much.
There is alot about fiscal conservatism that does appeal to me, and I imagine over the years this routine I just laid out will wear deeper….
The problem the Republicans have is that the fiscally conservative aspects of their party have been hijacked by the social conservatives who I will never identify with.
Through-out my life the choice has been between one party who increases spending and increases taxes, and the other party who increases spending and decreasing taxes.
Like I said in another post: One of those strategies may very well harm the economy, but I am convinced that the other will destroy it.
Where there is usually a traditional shift of social liberals moving to the Republican party as they get older, I don’t think will happen in my generation. Because the motivating reason behind it no longer exists.
There is no fiscally conservative party.
