Yes, this is pretty much the thread from last year. Oh well. Ahem.
So far, I've gotten a box of Milk Duds dressed up like a reindeer, a few cards, a visit from my old friend, and a four-cylinder camshaft. Don't ask. More stuff is expected tonight

Instead of getting each other presents this year, we bought ourselves a king size tempupedic bed. It's heaven.

Oooooooooooh! I want one of those beds! Expensive luxury!
I got some books (not much else to do with a cast on my arm), a Blu-Ray DVD player (for both of us) and a Posi-lock kit for my Jeep front axle.

If that were true, my husband would gladly return the gifts in person just to remember their faces for when they get pulled over by him later.

Hah! What I MEANT was that when a man gets a woman a gift from Victoria's Secret, he's usually planning on getting more enjoyment out of seeing you in it then you will get wearing it!

The Flu!
Also had to play bass to a drunk trying to perform Man on the Moon by REM. Murdered the singing, the song, the guitar, and the rhythm.
Golf crap, even though I hate golf. Basically for my parents.
Counter Strike Souce - f**k Steam! What a PITA to install one Fing game!
The comp is 500GB, freshly defragged, and I need to REDEFRAG IT? Does their installer SUCK SO MUCH??!?! GRRR!!!!!
...but I did get A Merry Christmas text from my cuddlemuffin

New boots (for work, hiking, and for in the snow)
New gloves (leather with nylon mesh back, good for all purpose and driving)
A couple M&M dispensers (I collect 'em) plus a few bags of M&Ms
A Dark Chocolate Orange (excellant, and a traditional gift in this family)
A couple Hickory Farms Beef Sticks
iPod Touch 8gb (from the Boss at work, he got them for each of us)
The iPod Touch is really cool 'cause it connects to wireless and I can synchronize with both my home and work email, calendar, etc. plus I can VPN in to work and run Remote Desktops with the servers if any calls me with a problem ... all while I'm sitting at home watching a show. Just wish it was better handling files and moving files back forth between it and computers I work with. The thing is thinner than my cell phone and can do a lot more than most PDAs I've ever seen. Battery lasts a good long time as well.

Cool! What an incredible way to honor the day!
Christmas day I was at home, but I spent last Saturday at a prison. Just VISITING, honest!!!
It was amazing how GRATEFUL the men were to have someone come and spend time with them, even if only for a few hours. We sang Christmas Carols and had an incredible study on baptism (run mostly by the prisoners, I just refereed). I've decided to get on the permanent Chaplin's assistant list and help out with the church service there on a regular basis.

Let's see... Same result for the last 10+ years:
- yet another day older.
Spent Christmas Day reformatting an Old Hard Drive for Windows XP.
Oh well... perhaps next year I'll get to see my only child (daughter) for Christmas 2009.
That's my ONLY wish list item for Christmas every year since she was 3... she is 14 now!
