OK, just wanted to pick some brains on here to see if anyone might know what's up with this!
I have a PC running Windows XP Pro SP3, a USB HP C5280 InkJet (set as the default printer) and several attached network printers. When Word is closed (after saving a document)the program will close and the display the \"Word has encountered a problem and needs to close...\" dialog.
Here is the interesting part, if you select one of the network printers as the default printer, there is no error.
The HP has the latest driver installed. I know that Word Docs save part of the printer configuration into them, but setting everything to defaults still results in the error.
Any ideas?
