So this is were I'm at. I had a theme loaded "MATRIX" a while back but I've know switched themes again but am stuck with a little problem. My font settings of some menus are totally off.

I've fix all the other fonts that weren't automaticly switch to what it should be for eg. Mozilla's fonts that were for some reason changed. But the main pain in the butt is the following. See picture

I can't find the correct place were to modify that font/size. A couple of my menus are now like that (F-secure update menus counter for eg) and it is just irretating. I've tried the apperance tab in the display properties but it all seems to be correct. Anybody that can help me on this one?

And the wise a$$ that I am just erased all my previous restore points prior to the theme change :x

Thanks in Advance.

Go to display properties -> settings -> advanced -> general and make sure your DPI settings are set at normal.

Display Properties/Appearance/Advanced

Look in there for your problem.

Ok I looked again and nothing. Everything is the same as on a normal XP rig. Any other ideas?

You could try downloading tweakui and repairing the font folder.

Uninstall/re-install your mouse applet.

Lighter fluid and a match, bet that will work! :P

Yea I Bet that would work BUBBALOU.

And bash its not just the mouse applet, there are other menus that is also messed up for eg. D3 launcher's text is bigger than normal and in Freelancer (demo) the text of saved/load games are to big and cuts of the last 3 to 4 digit on the screen.

So yea uninstall/re-install isn't the answer here I think.

I've now tried the tweakUI tool as well with no success, cool tool thou. So any other idea were this problem could be? Registry or something?

Are you sure you didn't accidentally leave a component of it behind?

Check "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes" to be sure the directory it made isn't there.

Ok IĆ¢??ve seemed to have fixed the problem.

It was the default font that windows use that was missing in my font folder. MS Sans Serif, go figure. Thanks for all your help again.
