Random Program Permission Changing?

Random Program Permission Changing?

I installed samsung pc studio 3 for my phone, and every week or so, it changes the program permissions, all my itself, to deny me access to the program and its folder!! So i made myself the owner of the program and stuff and i STILL have to go back and change everything on a weekly basis!!!

I really hate vista now. Like, more than ever.

Disable UAC.
