Looks like it might be out of an old (1996-1997-ish)HP. Got any better pictures?

The second card is a riser card. This was put in an old style desktop computer (you know, the kind you used to put your monitor on top of...) Judging from the heatsink on the chipset which is likely a via chipset, I'd say its a Pentium1 generation board probably supported chips from 75 to 150mhz
Don't know if that helps you any

id say its a p2 or p3 gen (p2 most likely) it is for a atx case. it is cut up-not a riser card.

I agree with Flatlander, it looks like it came out of an HP (or Compaq) computer. I'd say one of their many \"Convertable Mini Tower\" (called \"CMT\") computers. The extended slots piece and the components you can see of the motherboard look exactly like that style ... that case for which usually fit the ATX style motherboards with little to no modifications.
