my neighborhood sucks

Who here remembers my post about a year ago about the murder down the street from me, and the police pulling my bus over on the way home from school?
Well, my neighborhood was at it again:

The carjacking was as a guy from my building was trying to put his gate card into the cardreader out front. In the video, the cameraman was probably sitting on the hood of my car for the first shot of the dog walking around.
What's funny is if you go a block east or west, or 3 blocks north or south, you're in a pretty decent neighborhood. It's just this one crappy stretch of road that's all ghetto.
