TEW Secret Level 2 - unreachable items in reactor roorm

TEW Secret Level 2 - unreachable items in reactor roorm
In TEW´s secret level 2 (not Level 8 as I first wrote - sorry!) in the reactor room there are 4 compartments containing goodies.
There are 2 hidden switches, too.
One of them opens 2 of the compartments but the other one does nothing.
I checked in DLE and found this:
Cube 215, Side 1 = Trigger 12 -> opens access to cubes 221 and 222
But Cube 210, Side 1 is no trigger (although having the trigger-texture)
So access to cubes 219 and 220 is nowhere to get
Intended (to nag players ) or bug?

That´s why I asked.
Nagging the player by showing him unreachable items doesn´t fit the fair style of TEW.
(btw.: it´s really nice - and fair! - of you to hide a fullmap in each level - thanks a lot for that!)
DLE shows that the two compartments are connected with no trigger at all and that one of the hidden triggers isn´t connected to any targets...
Is it possible that adding another \"make robots\"-trigger (there are many of those in the reactor-room) after already having reached the trigger-limit simply deleted one one of the already existing ones - in this case one of the hidden open-walls-triggers?

There are 20 triggers in the level by now.
-> trigger-limit not hit (tried adding a 21st trigger - no problem there.)
Weirdly enough:
After flying wildly through the level I suddenly seem to *have* the Ammo Rack equipped.
One can pick up the barred items by just flying around close to the wall (at least in D2X-XL that is).
But:
The item only exists *once* in the mine and is *still there*, hovering peacefully!
Strange...

But please do not mind any more since I already moved on (currently in Level 10).
Being able to pick up the Ammo Rack and the Smart Mines *through the bars* was good enough for me
Btw.: as far as I know this was completely impossible in original-D1/2 - seems to come with D2X-XL and it´s different item-handling...
