Active Desktop Recovery Script Error..

Getting this error on a few PC's. From what I have researched, it is a compatability issue between the .htt file and IE7.

Most fixes require the use of regedit, but thats not an option as they don't have permissions to get into it. Nor do they have permissions to change much on their desktop (except the settings tab).

Any quick fixes?

Disable \"unactive\" desktop?
