I don't believe it! I never knew about a Mechwarrior movie! I just happened to stumble upon it at IGN.

This is somewhat recent news (about September 29th). I hope that I wasn't the one to miss the boat. Sapphire probably already knows.

I already read about it. If it's gonna suck, at least we know who to blame.

Robotech at least has the excuse of being anime. Hehe.

Whatever this Mechwarrior film is, it could end up being anywhere from great to dross. Considering that GI Joe wasn't sophisticated by any stretch, I'm leaning towards the latter.

There had been a Descent movie planned years ago, but it evaporated. The proposition came to the floor when the First Hulk movie was being considered; so that gives you a time frame.
