I know not everyone is a web coder, but I would appreciate a critique of this website. Mainly the layout/graphics.

Some notes:
I don't like the left side menu. I think Apparel/Ramp buttons are too wide, and the red buttons don't have big enough text.
The image browser thing on the main section of the page isn't totally functional. For whatever reason, when you skip between pages, the first time the forward/back buttons glitch for a second.
I realize it's not totally SEO ready.
Answer these two questions:
