When can I get admitted to the NHB?

I'm embarassed to ask this, but when can I be admitted to the NHB section? I've submitted twice. Is it my age? I am 16 and yes I have Xbox Live and you must know what the crazies say sometimes (thank God for the \"SHUUUT UUP!\" button (mute)).

I haven't gotten access either, zero. I have an idea that it might be KoolBear who grants access, but that's just me.

I just did the typical thing to do! As soon as I saw this, I immedietly hit back, NHB, fist topic, first 3 words and fell over laughing!

It's not bad. You won't get pissed off or a kick. Although I did get a kick out of this (which really doesn't belong in NHB anymore since that one pic is gone)
