When faced with the knowledge that politicians are basically all corrupt, and will say virtually anything to get into/back into power, to know they load themselves with our money and take away our freedoms with their gestapo militaries and police, how can anyone here, or anywhere, use their time contemplating their lies?
We need all the rope in Texas and a tall oak tree.

You know, to quote a politician in the movie \"The Hunt For Red October\" ... \"Listen, I'm a politician which means I'm a cheat and a liar, and when I'm not kissing babies I'm stealing their lollipops.\"

Well on the one hand they are human so of course they are flawed, but on the other they are as bad today as they are because even though we know humans do what humans do we let them have the power to do it with such reckless abandon and accept it as part of the process only paying enough attention to choose between scoundrel A or scoundrel B instead of demanding a real change.
Think back to when this country was founded, the tolerance for bad government was at zero. Brave and concerned men and women risked everything to stop the abuse and tyranny in their lives.
We, as in the generations of citizens that followed, have been neglecting our roles in managing the quality of our government and have traveled so far down the wrong road I think a revolution of some sort is more likely the outcome than a turnaround.
I don't mean a full on bloody revolution neccessarily but a boil over that puts us on the brink so close that a true reform movement takes hold and sends the majority of whoever is in office at the time running for the exits. I think Obama has led us further down that road than any one person before him.
And all though violence isn't inevitable, and probably avoidable, I'm willing to consider going all in for it if it means I can personally string Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi up from their genitalia using heavy gauge fishing gear and the Brooklyn Bridge to dangle them from....after all, 'ask not what your country can do for you but what can I do for my country'.

I think I'd be willing to help.

Better add Joe Lieberman to that list as well. The double-crossing Senator from Etna.

Well that's a breath of fresh air. I can barely understand why people would engage in such a circus if they know they're just marks, conspiracy theories aside.
