Any goot Mini ITX shops out there?

I'm trying to put together ideas about building a small, portable, cheap as possible NAS. I found a suitable case here (only case like it I can find ANYWHERE). Now I just need the stuff to fill it, mainly a mini ITX board. This case will eventually have up to 6 sata hard drives in it but for now will just have a couple. I will expand that later down the line.
My requirements are:
-At least 3 sata ports
-1 IDE prefered but if the price is low enough can do without
-PCI or PCI-E expansion (to add a sata card later)
-compatible with atx power from that case.
The closest to what I want is this board but it looks like it requires an external 12V power supply which makes no sense. I don't want to have to carry around two power supplies for this thing.
Any of you have any experience with mini itx or know of any good places to look besides newegg and mini-itx.com?
