It doesn't track DST, presumably because the rules are different for different places and phpBB wasn't that smart until more recently (maybe; I don't know what modern versions support).

The board was so old that it didn't track DST. The newer version should.

I will be answering some old posts to let people know of the upcoming upgrade.
