My husband stumbled across this one and thought everyone here, because we're all gamers, would be interested in watching. It's about 10 minutes long.
Skinner Box
i don't really get why the consumer would be pleased to get points for doing things that arn't in his best interest - like buying Dr Pepper.
He started the talk about personal biometric sensors, tracking things that you want to track (ie: things relevant to your health).
Then he changed subject to advertisers essentially hijacking your points system for their own purposes that are completely NOT in your interest.
Somewhere in there he even started to talk about the points-system as a sort of \"money\", the government giving you points. (Which might be a little backwards - shouldn't we be giving our government points for performance instead?)
