dude was drunk......
no airport or airport boss allows a person to fly any type of aircraft if they are not checked out. unless a instructor is with them. the FAA can imprision the Airport Boss and the pilot for taking such actions.

OK for the sake of debate without flaming.
In that video the guy says "Hes a beginner and thats his chopper that he is trying to fly"
From what i gathered from that video that was no LAX international airport.
This is a big country Ace...with many small airports in the middle of nowhere.
If i wanted to..i could try and launch my homemade space rocket with me in it in my attempt to conquer the moon.
My point is... People do dumb things...this to me is obviously someone who bought a relatively cheap chopper, is new and thinks he knows better.

I was referring to your incorrect use of "A."
"AN" is used preceding words beginning with a vowel or an unpronounced "H" sound.
IE. an ape, an egg, an ice cube, an hour
AN AIRCRAFT!!!!!"
