How to set Reborn up to be ready to go?

I've never played Descent online, I'm anxious to try it out. Any directions how to play it using Rebirth? Any extra software needed?

Two ways I can think of these days. The first needs no special software; someone hosts a UDP/IP game, you get their IP and enter it into Rebirth under the join UDP/IP option, and you should be in the game (this may require some router tweaks to work).
The second option is to install Kali (an IPX over UDP/IP emulator) and play it through that, which is still moderately widely used in spite of its obsolescence.

Looks like Kali's not free and I don't have a web account to pay for it.

I got an extra serial Xfing if your serious about playing. Only thing I'd ask if if you go inactive would be to relinquish it so someone else could use it. How about any else. Got any surplus kali serials you'd be willing to put in a pool? PM Xfing if your agreed.
