Downloading.
BTW are you the same Verran who did half the soundtrack to Obsidian (along with Doug Hale)?

Cool, hope you like it.
Yep, I helped out with the Obsidian soundtrack. The good old days of midi.

Nice track. I like the drums especially.
For Obsidian, you did game02, game04, game05, game08, and the credits, right?
I've remastered the Obsidian soundtrack in FL Studio and want to make sure I've got the artist right for each track.

I think I like it, but I'll have to give it another try with out headphones that crackle, which is very annoying.
By the way, thanks for choosing a method for downloading the file that's simple. I hate those bloated file sharing sites that force you to jump through hoops and dodge ads to get to the desired file. This was really simple.

Argh... part of my last post didn't post...
I'm a musician too... I'm doing much of the OST's for several current Descent projects (yes there still are some going on).

Having your own web server helps out a lot with this. The other way is directly linking through something like Google Docs where they get enough money from something else that they don't have to squeeze every penny out of each visitor that they can...

A bit of constuctive criticism:
The vocals sound a bit too sibilant. You might want to EQ out some of the high end, or even vocode onto a synth that doesn't have those ranges. (I only do intrumental music, but I do the EQ for a band at my church, so I do have some idea of what I'm talking about).
On the whole, though, the song reminds me of MUSE or Coldplay (and that's a good thing). Very nice work.
