Router choice

After a lightning strike I'm having to buy a new router. Right now I'm I think I've narrowed it down to 3.
WDNR3700- 150.00
WNR3500L- 90.00
DIR825- 120.00
Dlink DIR825: Havn't done alot of research on this one. Seems hit or miss as far as reviews go but is able to run dd-wrt. Can choose 2.4 or 5.0 ghz operation on the N band but not simultaneous as far as I can tell.
WNR3500L: I like this alot. It's open source so EOL will not be an issue. Can run both Tomato and DD-wrt and has an immense amount of support on the internet. No 5.0 ghz though and reports so far is that it takes a huge performance hit so far using 3rd party firmwares =/
WNDR3700: The geek in me likes this one. I like getting the most for my money and future proofing at the same time. 2.4 and 5.0 simultaneous operation on the N band and it looks like they are real close to a stable DD-wrt.
My Linksys WRT54GL running Tomato lost the WAN and one LAN port but the radio is working fine, so I'm thinking about using the next router as a pure N access point and using the Linksys as a AP for 2.4 G devices.
I only have one device that can operate on 5.0 GHZ but thats likely to change in the future and out of all of them I'm leaning towards the WND3700 but it's 60 bucks more than the 3500L and has a monster CPU. Anybody have any experience with the 3500L running DD-WRT or Tomato and what if any problems have you experienced after flashing it?
