DOJ inconsistencies
We all know the Justice Dept. refuses to prosecute illegal immigrants right? However they now say that even if the people of the state of California vote to legalize pot, they intend on pursuing the prosecution of individuals smoking and possessing weed in federal court.
What hypocrisy!
What hypocrisy!
It's never good to wake up in the shrubs naked, you either got way too drunk, or your azz is a werewolf.
Na it's not hypocrisy, it's greed. They make tons of money putting away drug users. They finance their whole operation and buy all their equipment that way. No way their gonna just easily let go of that cash cow. I hope and pray for the day I can grow me 5-6 marijuana plants and sit on my front porch and get high without fear of reprisal. I'd start back smoking the minute that happens or all my kids move away, which ever comes first .
EDIT:Na I wouldn't start back smoking, I'd buy me one of those vaporizers instead

The Obama Administration has focused more on deporting illegal immigrants with criminal histories, especially violent ones. The Bush administration also went after criminals illegally in the U.S. but under Obama that has been ratcheted up.
article wrote:According to Frank Sharry, Executive Director of America's Voice, "As the chart * shows, the Obama administration is on track to deport a record 400,000 people in 2010, 70% of whom are non-criminal undocumented immigrants who have been caught up in an aggressive dragnet of local, state and federal raids and enforcement actions. As shocking as these numbers are, they are proof that Republican calls for increased immigration enforcement as a pretext to comprehensive immigration reform are just hollow political pot shots."

Well, in that case, here's Bill O'Reilly doing a segment on it. Also little green footballs for good measure.
