Any who built the 3DP to USB adapter still about?

No one replying in the thread anymore. :(

I built it, twice, most recently using this image as its the most similar to my parts (ie the DSUB):

The Teensy v2 board can do its flashing tests just fine, but when I load 3DProR3.hex the LED just flashes faster and I get no new device in Windows.. nothing at all happens!?

Whoops, sorry. Ment to reply but somehow it got burried. What are the values of the caps & resistors you are using ? Can you post a picture of your build ?

Also, the device will flash the LED while it's trying to find a joystick. It will start USB enumeration after it found one. Did you try your build w/ a different joystick ?

Ah hi, the man himself!

Since my PM to you I went out and got the exact Caps and Resistors (marked 222k Cap and 0.6w 2.2kOhm resistor), still the same :

Now I fully admit I may have made some very stupid mistake on all this!

Can't determine if the wiring is ok from the pics :/ Did you try a different joystick ? Are the caps really 2.2nF ? (1nF will work too, so will 1k resistors. The circuit is very tolerant to lower numbers, but not to higher ones.)

I tried 1000pf Caps but 2watt 2.2kOHm resistors. Ill have to go buy more resistors to test lower.

I assume the Joystick works, was in a box here for years, I like it so much I never threw it out, but cannot test it else where either.

If you have more 2.2k's, just pair them and voala you have 1.1's.

Parallel them…

Sorry, just really anal about those things.

Lets see, and the tolerancing doubles in accuracy, is that right?
