WASHINGTON -- The Interior Department's inspector general says the White House edited a drilling safety report in a way that made it falsely appear that scientists and experts supported the idea of the administration's six-month ban on new drilling.

The Fox News reply is legitimate, though I guess they do have to actually cover real stories at some point.

x2

Though I have to say... It is a nice change that it is something mundane like this, as opposed to opening up a second war, costing us billions and more lives then I want to count on lies/false documentation.

I guess the whole world was lying (as the UN represents the world nations):

"Resolution 1441 stated that Iraq was in material breach of the ceasefire terms presented under the terms of Resolution 687. Iraq's breaches related not only to weapons of mass destruction (WMD), but also the known construction of prohibited types of missiles, the purchase and import of prohibited armaments"

Too bad you don't comprehend what went on 9 years ago.

As to the safety reports, can we say, " Obama dithered, oil jobs withered" ?
