That's a black templar and they will RUN AT YOU if you shoot at them.
They're nowhere near as bad as oh say.. tyranids who do one thing and that is eat your face. and everything else around you. including everyone you know.

He's got a storm shield with a 3+ invulnerable save, he doesn't need cover of any kind. He's got the same level of protection as he would standing inside a hardened bunker.

they're about as bad as necrons.
those frickin walking metal robot skeletons get shot down. and then get back up as if nothing happened. only thing that gets them to stay down is melting them into puddles of slag with fusion.
