Adobe reader replaced by Nitro PDF

I just installed Nitro PDF I normally only use Adobe reader to view PDF files. Especially since I can't add to them.

Now that I have Nitro can I uninstall Adobe and all its programs?

Adobe also is for movies so make sure you only uninstall the PDF part.
