What is "@c:\Program Files (x86) Windows"?

Helps the IE in your 64bit system (you're running a 64bit Windows, right?) to access 32bit mode IE if needed/desired. Basically, it's a location reference.

IE??

Sorry Tech, didn't follow you there entirely. I thought it was where all 32 bit programs are being handled. W7 64 initially wasn't going to be backwards compatible. I thought this is how the remedied that.

Perhaps I'm totally wrong. :mrgreen:

Nah, you're correct. It is one of those things they did to maintain the "backwards" compatibility.
