Just to let you know, if an extreme muslim runs for a position in local or national government around here I'm going to vote for them whether I agree with them or not. If only to make your waste of everyones time backfire.

But he actually isn't that extreme he is just a person who does something besides post photos on a dead messageboard, he runs for the house and gets elected.

I'm ashamed to say I sent them a demo tape for the audition call when they lost their guitar player back a thousand years ago. I never really liked them very much, lipstick and poofy hair etc. just not me but it would have been a really easy job to do and get paid for chasing girls around...all colors of girls lol.

And yea we go back a long way and in all those years whenever you talk about interacting with different races it is never anything except having sex. If it isn't really just an excuse to brag then it seems to be a bit of a narrow foundation for propping up such a tall monument to your own accomplishments in multi-cultural outreach. I can't tell the wife and kids that I'm leaving my business, cutting out time with them, to go play in a band again so call me the hobby guy.

If you want to collaborate on something original by sending tracks back and forth just for grins I'm up for it but other than that and a rare local jam I've accepted my role as father, husband and contractor first and only do music as a hobby guy.
I talked to a few guys I used to play with, all of them in a similar situation, and we said we should do a band called Those Old Fuckers and just play on stage once a month just for the hell of it, but we're all too busy to put the time in to work up new material together and I'm done playing covers for free beer and little girls.

Enjoy it dude while you can, not that my life sucks by any means but I do miss that scene. I opened up a guitar case that I hadn't opened in years and could still smell the stale beer and cigarette smoke in the liner....it was like smelling heaven! Lol!
