Can't sync iPas/iPod with Outlook
I have an iPad 2 and Outlook 2003. Outlook won't sync with my iPad..
However, they will sync on another computer. Then I can clear the iPad calendar and then sync to main computer but the old calendar info syncs.
Outlook/ my computer seem to be holding on to the old calendar info in some kind of cache.
Any ideas?

Are both of the Outlook installations the Outlook 2003 version?
I assume you've been in the iTunes settings (on both systems) for the sync options with your iPad?
Are both systems running the same version of Windows? It shouldn't make a big difference, but you know, we're talking Windows here.

Is there a program that will show the new files/folders files added after installing a new program?
I'm trying to see where Outlook adds files/folders during installation.

Hm. Got me. I don't know why it would be giving you grief.

unless you are using an exchange server, pick one machine to do mail on.
You can sync an outlook profile; but unless its on an exchange server its not going to be the same profile on different machines, even tho you are using the same email address.

Not using an exchange.
I have picked a machine and that's the one that won't sink. It sinks with my laptop which I don't normally use at home. Although as I stated before I was copying the whole iTunes folder back and forth as well as the Outlook folder and it worked for many moons.
I'm going to un-install and re-install Outlook again when I have time. Somewhere Outlook or iTunes is holding on to the old calendar data so when I change the calendar on the iPad it syncs that data on the Outlook calendar on the computer but does not delete the previous calendar info so if I have an event that I move forward a day on the iPad it shows up on the computer on the original day plus the new day from the iPad.
No throwing in the towel.......yet!
