I got a refund for Crysis2 last week from Steam, simply because Crytek never fixed (and never even provided any support for) a login bug which locked out a number of multiplayer accounts. I contacted Steam Support, and over a period of about three weeks they tried to contact Crytek about it, with zero results.
I'm losing much of the respect I had for Crytek, and so are many others. Apparently Steam has even removed C2 from their store because of a dispute.
When I get a DX11 card, I may pick it back up again at some point, because I really enjoyed the singleplayer campaign.

Unfortunately, unlike Crysis there are very few places in Crysis 2 where the player moves through water.

In Crysis 2, are the levels completely destructible? I remember when my friend showed me a beta release that only some stuff could be broken. There still were indestructible bushes and other fixed objects. What's it like in the stable version?

Most things are still not destructible.
