Amazing video of everyday people lifting up a car so they could rescue a pinned motorcycle rider from burning to death.

Holy crap.

I wonder if all that fire was from the bike's gas tank leaking. The car's gas tank probably disconnected from the engine and closed on impact .

Watched the video, and thought, "Oh man, that guy's clearly dead, but cool that they were able to lift the car off the body before it burned.".

Looked up the news story... whoa, the guy was alive!

It looked like the motorcycle's gas tank was ruptured and burning, jetting gas under pressure from all the heat buildup. Dangerous situation to be next to. Brave people. According to others, that woman in the video that lies down on the pavement and looks under the car is the one who saw that the guy was still alive. She's the one that spurred on the others to mount the huge effort to lift the car and get the poor guy out. You can see her pointing and yelling. It probably hurt when the victim was finally pulled out by the guy in the green shirt. He apparently has a broken pelvis. Ouch. Better than burning to death though.
