Question: What's a game someone can play blindfolded?

Game must meet these requirements:
1) Can't be played on a table. Hand held.
2) Can't be noisy.
3) You have to use your hand(s).
4) Must be easy enough for average people to play.
5) done sitting.
Need to know in the near future. Thanks.

Here's something I was looking for.
Someone's blindfolded and they have a puzzle with moving parts. A rubrics cube is a bit too much. A braille rubrics cube is way too much.
