I put my tabs, buttons, and "location" bar on the same line. However, I have this empty gray bar that won't go away. Not sure how to get rid of it. When I right click it I don't see that I have anything checked off.

Never mind. It went away after I downloaded Inkscape.

How did inkscape change things?????

It probably had more to do with waiting a while for the change to apply.
