I open my Wingman Rumblepad cordless, and discovered that one of the batteries had leaked. I promptly dumped the batteries, I was wondering if there was any cleaning I should on the contacts.

sometimes baking soda + water will remove it but you need to be careful in not getting it inside the device shell. ive used this on stuff like this, just be careful about getting water inside the shell itself. the baking soda will react with the battery chemicals and wipe it right off the terminals

Baking soda + water is good. If I were you, I'd take it completely apart to make sure none of the acid got through to the PCB. If none got through, pop off the plastic covering and wipe it down with the baking soda solution. Then give it a good bath in soap + water. Make sure its a good de-greaser kind. Then use rubbing alcohol to take care of anything left behind if there is any.
