So I was eating really fast then realized my food was full of toothpicks. How do I know if I swallowed a toothpick?

Not to freak you out, but wasn't there an episode of "House" about a toothpick being swallowed?

Seriously, though, I think you'd have known if there was a toothpick you swallowed. I've almost done that, and it hurt.

Seeing as people have eaten bikes, and many other odd things, you'll be fine.

Besides, what's the difference between sawdust and flour :P

Isaac, you would have loved the restaurant in my Home Town that had a "Medieval Feast" challenge. Imagine legs of beasts of many kind, chicken, roasts, a whole stuffed pig, more chickens, sausages, and all the fixings... you had to eat everything without a knife and fork and if you completed the meal, it was free. I completed this challenge with two other friends and we enjoyed every minute of it.

And oh for the cost of an X-Ray go see a walk in clinic and get a snap of the old colon in case a toothpick is lodged in there.

Thanks Canuck. I might do that. Also, I think I'd do pretty well in that challenge.

Honestly, if you can't even tell that you've eaten a toothpick, you might have bigger problems than the aforementioned toothpick. :P
