You'd certainly get some heat, since really anything moving through a fluid would, but I'd imagine it would be negligible in terms of having to shield against it. Remember, spacecraft re-entering the atmosphere are doing so on the order of 20,000 mph, while this drop is expected to hit "only" 690 mph. The real concern would be quite the opposite, making sure the suit stays insulated against the cold. It's definitely crazy stuff.
