I'm really liking this site for getting tech support

http://askubuntu.com/
Basically, it's a help forum that gives little rewards, like badges, abilities, and reputation points.
Mods seem to also be able to reward you for doing good, unlike other forums where they only have the ability to do things to you when you're bad.
Ubuntuforums.org is an example of a messy tech forum where lots of good questions get lost in the mountain of other questions, never to be answered. There's no kind of incentive to answer questions. There's no game to be played on the forum, other than follow the rules or be banned.
askubuntu.com is a different kind of "game" where you get rewarded for answering questions, points for making good comments, and little fun surprises as you get new abilities from the site. They're not monetary rewards, but it makes it more fun.
I think stackoverflow might be like this, but I haven't made an account there.
