Win 8 Release Preview

I have installed Win 8 Release Preview in Virtual Box and runs O.K. locally but I can't get on the net from there. Is there something else I should be doing?

I got on the net using the IE icon in the Taskbar but can't go anywhere using the "tiles" or whatever their called.

metro was never intended to be used on less than 1366x768

you might have better luck with running windows 8 off a vhd install, since you are using windows 7.

I've no issue with IE in metro. it does take a bit to start up initially
