I used a scope and projected the image of it on to a piece of paper myself, figured I should check it since it was sunny out and its unlikely any of us will live long enough to see the next one... :P

Considered that here... but it was cloudy and raining, so nope. Couldn't even see quite where the sun was in the first place.

I saw this by borrowing a friend's glasses. For a tiny, black speck, it was quite majestic.
