Image Rendering Help

okay here is the situation.....

a friend of mine wants to use THIS

and have it re-rendered @ 1920x1080 for his 42" TV Desktop.


now ive tried GIMP and PaintDotNet, but it still comes out pixelated. can anyone help me?

You can't just "re-render" a small image to a far larger size without getting significant pixelation; at the end of the day, the information in that image is going to stay the same no matter what the size. Your only chance would be finding a much larger original of the same image, or (if it's a 3D model) obtaining the model and performing a render yourself.
