Well I think it is time we start taking a look at Obama Care and its impact. Lets start by looking at the new tax form we will all have to fill out:

Look at line 3 and 4. Notice where they want your personal health ID number? Do you think this is something you want to give away?

Then look at the stupidity of line 10 where the ask if you are a illegal immigrant. First off how many illegals will even fill out this form and if they do should not the govt arrest them and deport them?

Lastly ask your self how much this form will cost to make, fill out and process. More to follow.

Um...how about the little fact that this is a leftover piece of campaign propaganda from last fall? Like, even if you ignore the massive NOT AN IRS FORM stamp plastered on each page, the fact that the form is labeled "Obamacare" at the top should have been enough to make you stop and think, "Hmm, well this can't be real." Then you look down at the bottom of the page, and oh, here's this:

Failing to comply with the Obamacare Tax Mandate could result in severe financial penalties and interest against your personal property.
