I'm not really sure why it took me so long to notice that there are two war memorial public holidays in the US... maybe because they're at opposite ends of the year.

actually Issac, the top image is technically disrespectful. A flag is to be represented as a flag. It's a cute image, but improper usage. Like you shouldn't put the flag on a t-shirt.

The middle one I actually painted a mural on our Day room wall in basic. took 2 weeks of "free time" to do it. (minus the "freedom" bit).

and as for the last, I would have used the Thunderbirds.

Still with the sequestering shutting down the Blues and the T-Birds this year and however long, I'm not sure showing them as "Freedom" is a good example right now.
