I just saw alfred hitchcock's rear window for the first time

Post by Isaac »

First of all, yeah, I'm a pile of crap for not seeing this movie years earlier. I'm surprised child services didn't rescue me from my parents for not having a copy of this on VHS.

I don't want to say it was the greatest movie I've ever seen, but I can't remember seeing a movie that got me so riled up. I mean, what properties make a movie "the greatest?" Is it rewatchability? I'm more than likely going to watch this again.

Yeah, I've got the DVD. I watch it once in while. It's one of his all time greats. I think it's so popular because it caters to our inner voyeur.
