I'm getting an NSIS error - error launching installer

Can I find out more about this error looking at the "event viewer"?

It started a few days ago after I uninstalled Zone alarm, I think.

Thanks for the post. I found the culprit, it's was Comodo Dragon. I uninstalled it and all is well. I had re-installed Comodo firewall and that must have come along with.
