The typical liberal...

Alec Baldwin personifies the true liberal. A hypocrite to the bone- a selfish arrogant idiot that assumes there are two sets of rules. They are above the 'rabble' they're so eager to 'represent' and 'protect' from those horrible evil conservatives.

The question is- who will protect people from Alec Baldwin? MSNBC finally had to admit its mistake and cancelled Baldwin's show.
Following a confrontation with paparazzi outside of his New York City home—allegedly calling a paparazzo a "c**ksucking fag"— MSNBC suspended Alec Baldwin's show, and now they have cancelled it.
Today the NY Post spoke with a source at MSNBC that told them, “The decision has been made. He’s gone. The [parent company] Comcast guys have decided. Word is spreading through the building.” The tabloid also listed off other reasons he was allegedly dismissed—one source claims he insisted on taking over a makeup room "being used by a woman with cancer who is sensitive to hairspray. When Baldwin was told he couldn’t have his way, he allegedly bellowed at the top of his lungs, 'I don’t give a f **** if she has cancer or not, I want that f****ing makeup room.'"

Your liberal baiting again TB. Put it this way. Baldwin has an anger management issue. Always has. That's NOT a liberal disease. It affects all types of people with all types of inclinations. Now surround this type of person with a bunch of jerk paparazzi who like to get up in their face and their wives and child's faces, all the time, and see how YOU react. I'd bet even dollar that even you'd get real pissed off yourself. You might even deck a couple of them.

Besides, Baldwin's show was a real snorer. MSNBC was probably just looking for an excuse to cancel. Most of the time, my DVR would just drop the show without my input. Plus, it was only on for one night a week. Hardly sad to see him go.

That was my thought too, though I don't know anything about his show. It just doesn't add up.

I was a real fan of a lot of his movies, but somewhere along the line he must have lost his mind, IMO.

never saw the show, agree with the anger management observations, and the idea that TB could define 'typical liberal' any more than I could define the 'typical Hungarian weightlifter' is hilarious.

The show was boooooooooooring. Zzzzzzzzzzz Maybe he should've had a few anger episodes on air. It would've spiced things up. :P

Why aren't the right wingers calling for him to shut the f**k up. Hypocrites. Everything that comes from Santorum's mouth is nothing but trash talk, crazy religious dogma and lies. I also haven't heard scores of left wingers knee jerk in unison and call on him to apologize for this racist crap of his either.......yet. Right wingers must have thin skins. They can dish it out, but they can't take it.

I don't know where you travel on the net, TC, but today has brought a virtural ★■◆●-storm of vitrol aimed at the late Mr. Mandela from the right. Some are simply saying, 'who cares about him?', but most are calling him a terrorist, a Communist, and citing(on one board) the 60,000 or so whites who died during the transitional decade from 1994-2004, as if that didn't pale compared to the decades of subjugation of millions. Cheney has badmouthed Mandela, as did O'Reilly, and Santorum merely trivialized the man. Sad, pathetic, and the usual 'poor me, an old white guy' schtick from the right. An the self-immolation of American conservatism continues...........

I guess it’s only fair play in this thread to compare Sanitarium to a “typical conservative”…

Might be more of a typical Republican these days.

My bad. I've been out shoveling snow, not reading the net. But yep, all the racists coming out of the woodwork to criticize Mandela doesn't surprise me. You can't convince these people that a black man doing something great for humanity deserves recognition.

Spidey, typical Republican? He does call himself a "conservative". If Santorum thinks he's a typical Republican or conservative, this country is going into the toilet.

No, typical conservatives are leaving the party in droves.

So where are they all going? Are they going to create a new party for themselves?

Now wait, I'm confused. I thought the Tea Party was supposed to be the new party? Now they're just Republicans and the original Republicans are the ones that have to make a new party for themselves? It's all soooooo confusing. :P
